Returns and Refunds
In case that, for any reason, you wish to return the products purchased by Dits Lighting, you are entitled to do it so within 10 days from the date that you have received the products and upon request. Specially constructed products are not returned.
In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following preconditions:
- Get in contact with the E-shop the same or the next labor day
- The product has not been used.
You may call or write us any comments letting us know what has annoyed or concerned you. Whichever problem you may have regarding the products sent to you, we will make sure that is fixed, although we are certain that our photo shooting responds perfectly to the products you see and receive.
The product(s) should be in their original condition as when purchased and received by you and accompanied by the receipt or invoice. We would please you to check carefully whether the products are in good condition at the precise time of delivery (e.g. broken, wrong item etc.). If this is the case, you will be only charged with the return cost of the products. Repack the products and send them to us. We will make sure to replace them if they have any problems.
Product return or replacement can be made in four ways:
- Any dissimilarities or perhaps, bad condition of the product delivered with the one seen in the photo are detected.
- Call us to let us know the problem
- Repack the product in a way that it will not suffer any damages during transfer.
- Wait for its replacement the soonest possible.
Dits Lighting undertakes the return expenses in any case that the order delivered has been faulty. For instance, if the item delivered is not the same with the one ordered, in type or quantity, if the package of the product is ruined, partially or entirely, when delivered, or if the item delivered is defective. In this case, the customer is entitled to deny receiving the product from the right start or ask for its return, in common accord with Dits Lighting. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were received by the customer.
If they are not returned within the agreed time with the company, then the E-shop has the right not to accept the return and consequently, deny the replacement. In all occasions, the product returned for replacement, must be accompanied by all documents initially received together with the product (national identity card, receipt etc.) as well as the full packaging.
The product return by charging Dits Lighting will be realized in the same way as when the product was delivered to the customer. In case of product return, and under the precondition that the items will have been previously received and checked by the company, the reimbursement will be realized in the following ways: if the products have been paid via credit card, Dits Lighting will be responsible for cancelling the charge of the credit card or sending a postal order in the customer’s name and address.
In case that the products returned are damaged or defective, the E-shop has the right to ask for an indemnity from the customer. The amount will be determined according to the product condition and will be the partial or entire compensation by the customer.
